Sample it for yourself!

With a development team, material experts and production capacity on one site, means we’re ideally placed to swiftly produce samples and low volume parts to test for yourself. No tooling or set-up costs ensure a cost-effective way for you to trial new products or improve existing ones. Our lab technicians can also work with your own development teams to solve issues or develop solutions, either in-house or on your premises.

As part of a Group, we are able to offer a huge range of products and expertise in the fields of rubber and plastic moulding. Volume manufacturing of products in these sectors is expensive requiring detailed design and costly tool manufacture which often makes subsequent modifications and improvements to products and components prohibitively costly. But Avon Group is able to overcome these traditional problems with the aid of 3D printing. With the capability to accurately print items in a variety of different rigid and flexible substrates, we can accurately replicate the end product simply from a CAD drawing. See it, feel it, test it and take away the guesswork and the risk from developing or improving products and components.

We have continued to invest to improve quality and service levels. A new room has been built for the QHSE team. The room will also house our new CMM machine which is a very sophisticated device that allows us to measure complex parts that might have up to 50 different dimensions. This will meet the demands of many of our customers, particularly those who purchase injection moulded parts.
